A multi-level apartment complex comprising 560 apartments in an extensive four-building retail precinct. A top-tier project, we were brought on board to complete complex brick arches and curves to the façade of the buildings and lay detailed blockwork in the basements.
This 149-apartment complex includes one tower and an eight-storey building with three levels of retail. Renovision completed detailed masonry blockwork in the three retail levels and basement.
A new school construction comprising of five buildings. Renovision completed quality brickwork façade to all buildings, catering to round windows and varying feature brick colours. The scope was to complete all works within a tight schedule to be ready for term 2, 2021.
Nestled in the heart of Fremantle, this mixed used development project for Probuild was one of Renovision’s first commercial projects. Working with a reputable builder helped springboard us into the Commercial Masonry space and provided a great foundation to build long lasting relationships built on delivering a great product every time.
Working with John Holland on this Landmark project in the development of Joondalup as a thriving city north of Perth. Renovision delivered our scope in both the Hospital Redevelopment and the Childcare centre. Both servicing the Northern part of the city for many years to come.
Working closely with a great team of Architects, Managers and Project engineers this project was particularly time sensitive with regards to the nature of the building and the client. Faced with a program with minimal room for creep Renovision working closely with Probuild on The Merrywell precinct delivered the exact product envisaged by the Architects and design team and ensured our scope completion was well with-in the time restraint.
Located at 28 Goodwood Parade in the Burswood precinct, Origin is 43 luxury, one and two bedroom apartments just 5kms from the city. Right next door is the internationally acclaimed Crown Casino and Perth’s $700 million multi-purpose Optus stadium. Working together with Probuild on the Masonry and Limestone perimeter works, Renovision delivered inspired masonry works to match the fine quality of Origin Luxury Apartments.
Renovision Masonry was engaged to deliver on this grand project in one of Sydney’s Premier Hillside suburbs. Our scope of works included large and complex Retaining Block walls systems and a vast array of Planter walls throughout the project. Delivering well ahead of program we ensured that Renovision enabled the successful completion of this major milestone in Kellyville.
This milestone project was a major steppingstone for Renovision in establishing a strong presence in the NSW commercial construction space. Partnering with Hutchinson Builders for the first time, the project was a staged development with an Administration building and a two storey Homebase building.
The scope of works involved brick façade construction wrapping around the building and extending over 10m in height. The brick façade was an integral part of the project and Renovision demonstrated our attention to detail, superior workmanship and capacity to undertake large scale projects.
Renovisions scope of works consisted of brick façade, brick retaining walls and remedial works to existing structures. The work was spread across 3 Buildings which consisted of 16 new teaching spaces and a refurbishment and extension of the administration facility. This project was one of our first ventures with Hutchinson Builders and provided the springboard into larger and more complex projects.
The school upgrade involved the construction of 10 new permanent teaching spaces across a three level ‘homebase’ facility, accommodating an additional 200 students. The scope of works included the construction of a stepped brick feature external façade with high curved walls complementing the existing structure.
This project was a major milestone project for Merrylands to help cater for the growing community. Renovision was honoured the New South Wales Premier Gladys Berejiklian attended the school on 14 October 2019 to officially open the newly constructed buildings.
This award-winning project laid the foundations of a strong relationship with a major NSW developer. Renovision completed masonry blockwork across 4 Basements and 2 commercial levels. We continue to build on this growing relationship with Piety Group with our current projects in Wollongong and Hurstville.
The Samuel Gilbert Public School extension project aimed to increase the capacity of the school to a maximum of 1000 students and to upgrade the existing core facilities to suit this increased population. Renovisions scope of works included early civil works, large retaining wall systems through to Smooth Face blockwork planters and External façade brickwork. This recently completed project adds yet another large-scale Department of Education project to our growing portfolio and increased presence in the space. This landmark project added another notch in the continued and growing relationship with one of Australia’s premier builders in Hutchinson.
